Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with clinical staff and/or local emergency services as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of corridors, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.; Monitor access points and visitor traffic, assisting with directions, checking authorized access, and documenting security-related observations according to site requirements.; Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate relevant updates to site leadership, and support security-related drills and/or response protocols as assigned.
