Chilis - - Responsibilities: Act as the right-hand person to the General Manager and cover GM duties when they are out of the building; Support all restaurant operations, including food and labor costs, budgeting, and inventory management; Mentor and train hourly team members and Shift Leaders; provide candid feedback; Ensure compliance with safe food handling procedures and health standards; perform line checks; Assist the GM with personnel decisions, inventory reconciliation, and maintaining budgetary guidelines
