Position Overview

We're a growing, family-owned restaurant just east of Wichita, KS-and we're looking for a high-impact Kitchen Manager who thrives on energy, momentum, and leading people.

We are looking for someone who connects quickly, leads from the front, and drives results through people. You'll set the tone in the kitchen-bringing urgency, enthusiasm, and accountability to every shift.

You'll work directly with the General Manager and Customer Experience Lead to create a kitchen that's not only consistent and efficient-but fast, engaged, and fully aligned as a team.
What You'll Do

• Lead the kitchen during peak hours with urgency, energy, and presence
• Build strong relationships with your team-earn buy-in, not just compliance
• Coach, challenge, and motivate staff in real time to improve performance
• Drive fast execution and hold the team accountable to high standards
• Keep ticket times tight and operations moving-no bottlenecks, no excuses
• Identify problems quickly and push solutions into action immediately
• Collaborate closely with front-of-house leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Delegate effectively-own the outcome, empower the team to execute
• Create a culture that is competitive, team-oriented, and results-driven

• Experience leading a kitchen team (Kitchen Manager, BOH Manager, Sous Chef, or similar role)
