Duration: Contract-to-Hire

Shift : 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $32/hr – $35/hr (W2)

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and customer focused Customer Relations Specialist to support critical aerospace aftermarket operations.This role ensures the highest quality of service during customer visits, trade shows, air shows, conferences, special events, product demonstrations, evaluations, and deliveries. You will coordinate directly with senior leadership, manage event logistics, support marketing objectives, and act as a key liaison between customers and executive management. This position is essential to supporting AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and spare part requirements for the active flying fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure top tier service delivery during customer visits, exhibitions, trade shows, air shows, conferences, and product demonstrations.
  • Support senior management in planning and executing special events and product evaluation activities.
  • Coordinate agendas, event schedules, and logistical plans.
  • Manage budgets and distribute promotional items.
  • Ensure adherence to schedules, customer commitments, ethics guidelines, and program requirements.
  • Serve as direct liaison between customers and company executive leadership.
  • Work extensively within Boeing/Spirit quoting software.
  • Determine production status and verify replacement part availability.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers (ME's) to configure spare parts.
  • Make informed make/buy decisions.
  • Prepare and process quotes; administer the full quoting cycle through customer delivery.
  • Support AOG and spares requirements, coordinating directly with Boeing.
  • Provide critical support to the flying fleet by ensuring timely fulfillment of urgent requests.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of customer service experience (required).
  • Aerospace experience or a related degree with strong customer service background.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism during executive level interactions.
  • Must be willing to interview with hiring manager prior to offer.
