Key Responsibilities:

• Select and gather products for online orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Assemble and prepare orders for customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to instructions.
• Communicate any substitutions or order exceptions during pick-up in a professional manner.
• Deliver and load orders into customers' vehicles upon arrival at the store.
• Process customer orders through the point of sale (POS) system, applying coupons as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized staging area, adhering to safety and food handling guidelines.
• Engage with customers proactively to enhance their shopping experience and foster repeat business.
• Inspect equipment regularly and report any issues to store management.
• Assist in training new team members, promoting a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision.
• Strong reading skills to interpret shelf tags and customer notes.
• Basic math abilities including counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.

Preferred Experience:

• Background as a personal shopper or experience in a production-oriented or warehouse environment.
• Experience in stocking shelves or working as a cashier is a plus.
