As a Production Labor Responsibilities include:

• Clean Up
• Heat treat line loading
• Heat Treat Line unloading
• Heat Treat Line Pull
• Box Stack/ Dip paint, hang and paint
• Assembly
• Grinding
• Provides production labor towards assigned work areas
• Communicates effectively both in written and verbal forms
• Works in a safe manner.

• Must be able to life 50 pounds, sometimes repetitively, throughout the duration of the shift
• Must be able to reach overhead, work in stooping, kneeling, and standing positions
• Must be able to perform pushing, pulling, bending, and climbing activities using hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, back, and legs
• Must have dexterous use of both hands.
• Must be able to work in above average temperatures (100+ degrees).
• Must have the ability to work with minimum supervision after receiving job instructions
