Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis equipment as required.; Load, run, and modify CNC programs at the machine, including making G and M code edits when necessary.; Perform tool changes, adjust tool and work offsets, and complete fixture and workholding setups independently.; Review and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances, and shop floor paperwork, including GD&T requirements.; Inspect first-article and in-process parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, bore micrometers, height gauges, tape measures, spring gauges, thread gauges, and radius gauges.
