Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Set up and operate milling machines and CNC equipment to produce machine parts to specified dimensions and tolerances.; Align and securely fasten holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines before machining operations.; Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process to maintain product quality and equipment performance.; Measure, examine, and test completed units to check for defects and verify conformance to specifications using precision instruments such as micrometers and calipers.; Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency throughout production runs.
