Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following post instructions.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity by observing visitors, staff, patients, and/or vendors in accordance with site procedures.; Document incidents, observations, and/or policy-related concerns and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
