Manpower - - Responsibilities: Work from engineering drawings, process sheets, and instructions from team leaders; Use weld jigs, fixtures, and positioners to perform welding tasks; Load, position, align, secure, tack, finish weld, and unload parts efficiently and accurately; Check own work to ensure it meets quality standards for welds, appearance, and specifications; Adjust machine settings as needed to accommodate material variations and maintain quality
