Job Details

This is work that may include some supervisory duties. Employees perform a variety of mechanical and building trade tasks. Although performance of skilled work is required in many of the repairs made, skills required in any one type of trade are usually less than would be required of a journeyman in that field. Work differs between positions, but primary emphasis is upon mechanical ability and skills as applied to a department's maintenance activities. Work is performed independently but frequently is inspected upon completion. The days and hours for this position: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
