We are seeking skilled 5 Axis CNC Machinists/ Operators to join our team on the 2nd or 3rd shifts. You will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of 5 & 3 axis machines to produce precision parts with a focus on quality and efficiency. Responsibilities. Set up and operate 5 and 3 axis machines, cutters, and tools to produce precision parts. Calculate dimensions or tolerances using instruments such as micrometers or calipers. Machine parts to specifications and ensure product conformance. Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines. Measure, examine, or test completed parts to check for defects. Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process. Maintain machine tools in proper operational condition. Study sample parts, blueprints, or drawings to determine product conformance. Diagnose machine tool malfunctions and recommend adjustments or repairs.
