Job Details

Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Operate, set up, load, and unload CNC routers and CNC mills, primarily on 3-axis machines with Fanuc and Haas controls.; Carry out the complete production process for each job, including receiving orders from the Production Planner, allocating and pulling material, loading material into the machine, and running the job according to specifications.; Inspect products during and after machining using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify that all parts meet customer and internal quality requirements.; Program and troubleshoot CNC router functions and make necessary adjustments at the machine to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface quality.; Process each job through the production system, completing all required paperwork and computer data entries accurately and on time.
