Job Details

Evaluate and resolve engineering related production problems related to manufacturing, design, quality and material engineering. The Liaison Engineer will assist with the disposition of withheld supplier tags. Design repairs for discrepant detail parts and assemblies fabricated from composite materials. Tasks will include interfacing with multiple suppliers, dispositioning of discrepant material tags, interfacing with stakeholder groups such as Structural Analysis, Materials & Processing and Manufacturing personnel in the design center and build facilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must. Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System, MES, and a Northrop Grumman MRB EN signature is a plus. This requisition may be filled at either an Associate Liaison Engineer level 1 or a Liaison Engineer level 2.
