The Airport Building and Utilities Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient airport operations across complex commercial aviation facilities. This position oversees skilled maintenance staff and leads the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and operation of HVAC systems, plumbing, mechanical equipment, facility infrastructure, and building improvement projects. Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance programs, responding to operational and emergency maintenance needs, supporting snow and ice control operations, and ensuring uninterrupted facility performance for passengers, tenants, airlines, FAA operations, and airport staff. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with operational leadership in a fast-paced environment where safety, responsiveness, and infrastructure reliability are essential to daily airport operations.
