Directs and oversees housekeeping and event/room setup of team members engaged in the cleaning, setup, and breakdown of events within facility. Follow and track the preventive housekeeping and maintenance measures for non-mechanical aspects of the facility. Practice and enforce a safe and healthy working environment by enacting Legends Global policies including Venue. Shield and other third-party certifications as guided by management. Strictly practice any and all guidelines issued by governmental agencies and report those who fail to adhere to expectations. Anticipate problems and provide appropriate solutions, keep the operations management team informed. Assure facility readiness and smooth operations of events for first class customer service.
