HF Sinclair is seeking a Unit Coordinator in E l. Dorado, KS who will be responsiblefor ensuring the unit operates as it should,buidling capabilites on the shift team,optimizing the daily operation to meet targets and seeking mid to long term solutions to reduce risk and optimize refinery performance. Job Duties Ensure the refinery runs safely and effectively through the setting and the monitoring of long-term targets and standards that achieve operating objectives set by planning and leadership. Manage the short term risks for unit by driving daily maintenance by revewing , approving and priortizing work orders in step with the operations maintenance coordinator. Manage the refinery risk profile by setting T/ A / outage, project, and long-term scope & priorities to reduce the probability of LPO and incident including management of assigned cost centers.
