Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Operate, set up, load, unload, and maintain CNC routers and CNC mills to produce metallic parts according to order specifications and shop travelers.; Inspect products during and after machining to verify that dimensions, tolerances, and finishes meet customer and internal specifications.; Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine machining operations, sequence of operations, and tooling requirements.; Program and troubleshoot CNC router functions and adjust machine settings as needed to optimize performance and product quality.; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift, including regular cleaning of machines, tools, and surrounding workspaces.
