We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team to support multiple departments. This role is responsible for a variety of administrative, billing, inventory, customer service, and HR support functions. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Match bills of lading with shipping packets for billing.
• Process shipping packets through the billing module and prepare invoice edits.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and inventory reconciliation.
• Scan and electronically file completed billing packets using Laserfiche (document management software).
• Update receivers and process inventory transactions in the company system.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.
• Assist customers by providing order status updates and responding to inquiries.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Provide administrative support for Human Resources, including filing, onboarding paperwork, and other HR-related tasks as assigned.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed to support various departments.

Sedentary Work- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Required Skills

• Previous experience preferred but not required
• Must be detail oriented.
• Microsoft Office and Teams proficient.
• Good communication skills
• High School Graduate or equivalent. Training will be provided
